Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Eclipse is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses submitted during checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Eclipse is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damage occurring during transit.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Eclipse does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any products or orders.
