All sales are final.

Due to the nature of research compounds, Eclipse Peptides does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed. By completing checkout, customers acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Order Issue Reviews

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing an item, or with a compromised seal, customers may contact Eclipse Peptides for an Order Issue Review. Submission of an issue does not guarantee replacement, credit, refund, or any specific resolution. Eclipse Peptides reviews order issues at its sole discretion.

How to submit an Order Issue Review

Contact Eclipse Peptides support within 5 business days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Product name(s) affected
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the outer and inner packaging
  • A clear written explanation of the issue

Not eligible for review

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong compound, size, or quantity
  • Delays, losses, or damage caused by the shipping carrier
  • Refused, unclaimed, or returned-to-sender shipments
  • Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or altered
